Day 17 - Drink hot cocoa by candlelight
Day 18 - Ding dong ditch a treat to your neighbors
Day 19 - Go sledding or ice skating
Well, to be honest, our week has been incredibly busy, so we played catch-up tonight. We drank hot chocolate by candlelight and shared our favorite Christmas memories. It was really nice and the kids' memories were quite cute. We didn't, however, complete all of our countdown assignments. We skipped the eggnog, since only Mark is a fan of it. We didn't leave treats for our neighbors. We will "ding dong ditch" a treat on Monday, since we are planning on making treats then. And, since we are still snowless, we didn't go sledding. I should look to see if there is an indoor ice skating rink close by. Southern Virginia doesn't get a lot of snow each year, so we need some alternatives for the future. Anyway, it was still a fun-filled week. We have been busy making, buying and wrapping gifts, which is always so much fun, and we have been very busy getting ready for Grandma's visit. She arrives late tonight!

Mmmm, hot chocolate! Sorry your week has been so busy. To be honest, we're just getting our goodies to our neighbors tomorrow, and we got that task on day 4! And I'm not sure what we're going to do about sledding or skating! Have fun with your mom!
