I am so proud of Taylor and Spencer and their love of service. I hope it is a love that stays with them for life. Every day this past month, they, as well as Mark and I, excitedly picked a service to perform that day, and performed it happily. Below are the "services" that were performed . . .
- Wrote letters
- Set the table
- Sang a song
- Took dinner to someone in need
- Helped someone in secret
- Wrote letters to missionaries
- Helped an old lady in the grocery store
- Shared a scripture
- Peeled potatoes
- Shared a talent
- Gave a compliment
- Said, "Thank you"
- Shared a blanket
- Cleaned a bathroom
- Picked up trash
- Made a bed
- Gave a hug
- Volunteered at a school
- Brought in the mail
- Took out the garbage
- Passed on a smile
- Gave to the needy
- Went to the temple
- Hung up a coat
- Recycled paper
- Did dishes
- Put dishes away
- Said a prayer
- Read a story
- Said, "Great job"
- Cleaned a classroom
- Made treats
- Gave a present

what great kids you have, and great parents you are to them
How fun! Sounds like a lot of people got a lot of blessings/help they needed this last month. It will be an awesome tradition.
Love the idea. I think we might have to do a SERVICE jar. Kendall and Peyton love to help people.
