We had our first visitor yesterday. We are not exactly experts, but we believe it was a Carolina Chickadee. Once we spotted it, the kids spent the next 2 hours with a notebook, binoculars and a camera, happily bird-watching. It was very sweet and they had a lot of fun. I took the pictures of the chickadee. Taylor took the pictures below of the robins. She did a great job!
Below are a couple random pictures from later in our day. The one of Taylor shows what we've seen of her this week, her nose in a book. The one of Spencer was a rare moment when I caught him tinkering on the piano. He doesn't do that very often.
