Taylor seemed so grown-up this morning, getting ready for her big day all by herself. She doesn't just seem grown up. She looks grown up. In my mind, she still looks like this . . .

Look at her on her first day of Kindergarten. Too cute. She really has grown up. This year she seems to have grown more than any other year. She began the year as a little girl, and has grown into a little pre-teen. I just can't believe it.
On Sunday, she grew a little more. That is the day she bore her testimony in sacrament meeting for the very first time. She was confident and composed, and she bore a very sweet testimony. (What happened to our shy and timid little girl?) I must say that we have never discouraged her from bearing her testimony, but we have never really encouraged her either. Her decision to do so that day was all her own. As we were sitting in the meeing, she suddenly leaned over and asked if she could bear her testimony. I said yes, of course, and she was quickly up, out of her seat, and on her way to the stage. She amazed me and Mark. To say the least, we are so proud of her. She is growing into a beautiful young lady. (I just wish she would do it a little more slowly!)

3rd grade?! That's amazing.I loved the baby picture!
And it's so cool to see kids mature in the gospel, in their own ways, all on their own. Emma hasn't exactly asked to bear her testimony, but I know that same feeling as I've watched her in other ways. Isn't being a mom amazing??
Thanks for the invite :) She is too cute. I think Kendall is grown up for Kindergarten, I hope she slows down too. That is so sweet she bore her testimony.
She looks so cute! It's been so long since I've seen her - I still picture her as a little girl too!
You and Mark have done a great job - your kids are beautiful!
Aw, that's so precious. She looks so grown up. Her shirt is so cute! :) I wish they had it in my size. I can't believe she's in 3rd grade! You are so lucky, I can't wait to be a mom.
And bearing her testimony! That's amazing!!
Taylor you are a tween now, how did time go so fast. You are so very beautiful and I am so proud of you for bearing your testimony. I love you so much. I love the outfit and we girls know it's all out the outfit. I was thinking today about our girls night out when we got our pedicures that was a lot of fun. You are amazing
Jamie- I totally know how you feel! You summed up how I feel about Talia. I wish I could make her slow down a bit and I also look at her and still see her as a little girl and not as a tween! But at the same time it is fun to watch them develop into beautiful butterflies! She is beautiful both inside and out- good job mom and dad!! We love you guys!
I will ALWAYS remember Taylor roaming around the temple grounds at Joseph and Karen's wedding, so very cute!
She is beautiful Jamie! You guys are amazing parents and because of that you are blessed with amazing kids!!! Miss you!
She is too cute!
