We have seriously never seen Spencer eat a hotdog. He has always refused. I don't know what it was about camping, but he ate everything we put in front of him!

Fun pictures! I love how Spencer's eyes get wider by that third s'more. And I love how you still see grass all over the campsites, as opposed to dirt. Did you come back totally dirty? The water park is awesome. We have that same playground in one of our community pools. I can't wait for the kids to actually play on it! I'm glad you had fun.

The last picture with Spencer, contrasted with the color of the slide makes him look like he's freezing to death. It looks like you had a lot of fun though.
What a great first campout! We have already taken the kids camping 3 times... and it was an adventure I don't know I quite recommend (for anyone to take kids that young!) The last ward campout had lots of bees (Jacob got stung once) and after yesterday's craziness I don't want to think about camping for a very, very long time. :) but it looks like you guys had a marvelous time!

That looks SO fun! My kids would love the water park as well. I agree that going camping for two nights would be better than one. We always go for one night and then when we are packing up we say to ourselves, "This really is a lot of work. We really should come for two nights next time!" :)
Ok, it makes me want to go camping right now. I love to camp. Sounds like you do to. Mark, fun to see you in some pics. When did you grow your facial hair back?
