This morning the kids and I went blueberry picking. It was something we had never done before and we had a lot of fun. We went to a farm where you pick your own blueberries for $1.99 per pound. We started early in the day, and picked as many as we could before it became too hot. I think we did pretty well for our first time. I am planning on freezing most of the blueberries, so for the next six months we will be enjoying blueberry coffee cake and blueberry muffins and blueberry pancakes. Yum. I can't wait. Maybe we will have to make blueberry coffee cake tomorrow morning.

Picking fresh berries in summer is the best. I am sure the kids had a great time. Please post pictures of the inside of your house.
