On Saturday, all on their own, the kids packed a picnic lunch for themselves and their stuffed animals, which they excitedly ate, and then spent two hours happily playing together outside. They are very much best friends.
That is so sweet that they spent that much time together having a picnic. They look so cute out on their blanket together. Siblings make the best of friends.
Since your kids are older than mine I like to see what's coming up. Emma loves to get picnics ready too, especially when we were still at a place with a backyard. It's good to know that even though she is 6 1/2 she's probably not going to stop liking playing with Jacob, stuffed animals, and doing things like picnics with Easter baskets anytime soon. :) Very cute pictures!
